The location provides a sense of tranquility and peacefulness, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service and housekeeping are exceptional, with staff anticipating my every need. The room amenities such as the cozy sitting area, free toiletries, and flat-screen TV added to the overall comfort of my stay. What a wonderful experience! The resort is perfect for those who want peace and quiet. It's located in a serene area that's within walking distance from the bus stop. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the authentic Japanese touch of having a kotatsu in the living area. The food was great too, with plenty of exquisite courses for breakfast and dinner. The staff spoke English fluently, which made communication easier. Perhaps the best aspect of the resort were the onsens. There were a variety of hot baths, with both indoor and outdoor options. The views from the outdoor onsens were breathtaking.
The price value of the onsen could have been better. I also noticed that some parts of the resort were a little worn or dirty.

I loved trying out the delicious Japanese set menu and appreciated the little lunch box provided during breakfast. the private onsens were also a great feature which I enjoyed taking advantage of. the fact that they were available 24 hours was really convenient. the larger rooms were appreciated and provided a bit more space.
Locating the hotel was a bit of a challenge as transportation was not readily available. the language barrier with some staff members made communication difficult at times.
